Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of 1-on-1 coaching, all purchases made through Monsistency are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

The Only Exception: Same-Day Cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change. If you decide that the program is not right for you on the same calendar day that your payment was processed, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for a same-day refund, you must:

Step 1 — Contact Us Immediately

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" on the same day as your purchase.

Step 2 — Include Your Details

Provide your full name, email used at checkout, and date/time of purchase so we can locate your transaction.

Step 3 — Receive Confirmation

If your request meets the same-day criteria, we will confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

After That Day — No Refunds

Any refund request submitted after the day of purchase will not be honored, regardless of the reason, program usage, or time remaining in the coaching period.

Monsistency is a fully personalized 1-on-1 coaching service. From the moment you enroll, significant time and resources are invested into building your custom training plan, nutrition strategy, and onboarding experience.

03 Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider unless a clear billing error has occurred on our part. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback in violation of this policy may result in permanent removal from the program and legal action.
